St. Paul, Minn. – Macalester College Women’s Football on the rise Lucy Grochulska (Henrio, Va./Henrico) has been chosen to attend the NCAA Career in Sports Forum this summer.

Forum participants are nominated by their school or conference. This is a highly selective program that selects only 200 applicants from all NCAA divisions to participate each year.

Majoring in psychology, Grochulska is one of the selected student-athletes who will travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, for the three-day conference, June 2-5. Participants will learn about and explore potential career paths within the sports industry, especially college athletics. There will be a variety of panels, discussions and networking opportunities for all to engage and explore what the sports industry has to offer. The forum will explore professional and career development strategies for transitioning into a career in the sports industry, the roles of intercollegiate coaches, athletic administrators and NCAA members, through guest speakers and presentations.
